We have designed the space to provide a fully serviced cured meats deli, that is also interactive and educational complete with weekly tastings

Keep an eye out for our in-store curing and maturation chamber, or as we like to call it – the Fermentation Station – and follow the microbial movements of meat through the fermentation process on your weekly shop.
