The Salumi range is an artisan product, handmade with no flavourings, unnecessary additives and is gluten free.

Since Massimo started producing these delights of our ethnicity, I wanted to work closely with Salumi to develop a range that really defined our culture. Six products make up the Pilu – By Salumi Australia range along with additional treasures like ‘Ndjua, Lonza and Pancetta Affumicata making regular appearances on the menu here at Freshwater.
