  • Our team of ‘Salumi Specialists’ utilise the traditional Italian techniques of fermentation.  The results, combined with the care and respect demonstrated when handcrafting salumi, reflect the authenticity of our rich culture.  We will continue to create our ethically farmed, cured and slow-aged meats to achieve ‘The New Old Flavour’ that is Salumi.
