We get asked a lot about our pork, and we’re proud as punch to confirm that it’s all free-range and ethically raised. We get our pigs from Borrowdale and Gooralie, who are passionate about pork being treated well, before making its way to the plate. These two producers are partly why Salumi Australia tastes so great - the delicate and delicious flavour of a truly free range product is reflective of the natural outdoor environment in which the pigs were raised, free to truffle, play and wallow in the mud, the way they should be! Not to mention all of the pork we use is free from mRNA vaccinations, which has been a recent hot topic, as well as the addition of any other hormones.
