Fresh Free Range Pork Sausage
This traditionally coiled, free-range Pork Sausage is served in a natural casing. Cook it on a medium grill or in the oven until the natural oils release and the casing turns golden in shade. Our salsiccia fresca is available in four flavours - original, fennel, native (lemon myrtle and Tasmanian mountain pepper), and garlic and chilli. The original is best complemented by apple cider, the fragrant fennel with an oaky chardonnay, the native sausage with a pear cider, while the garlic and chilli is most versatile and works well with any beverage of your choosing.
